We built the tool we wished existed when we were job-hunting.
Three engineers, one product designer, two recruiters. All of us had been on both sides of the hiring process — and all of us were tired of how broken it was.

Make job search measurably less painful.
Job search is one of the most consequential — and stressful — experiences anyone goes through, yet the tools for it are remarkably poor. Generic resumes that don't match the job. Cover letters nobody reads. Interview prep that treats every conversation like a standardized test.
We're a tiny remote team building the antidote: AI that actually reads the job description, Cuvit GPT to answer every career question, a copilot that listens to the interview, and a tracker that remembers everything you've sent.
We launched as Hirefitly. In September 2026 we became Cuvit AI: the same team and the same product, with a name that says what we do. Your CV, sharpened by AI.
We're not trying to be everyone's job platform. We're trying to be the best tool for the part of the search you actually control: your application and your interview.
Three rules the AI is not allowed to break.
These aren't values on a wall. They're constraints written into the prompts, because in a job search the cost of a confident wrong answer lands on you.
It never invents your experience
Employers, dates, titles, schools and credentials must come from your real resume. It can rephrase what you did to surface overlap with a posting. It cannot manufacture work that did not happen.
It never scores your chances
No readiness percentage, no pass-likelihood, no rating out of ten. A confident number the system cannot justify is worse than no number, so there isn't one.
It judges substance, not delivery
Interview feedback is about whether an answer is specific, evidenced and aimed at the role. Never your pace, your tone, your filler words or your confidence — it cannot observe those.
