How does Enterprise pricing work?

Which engagement models do you support?

Can agencies and career coaches manage many candidates?
Yes. Enterprise includes unlimited profiles, shared profiles, interviews and history, shared templates, and interview tracking with status and notes — so every recruiter or coach on your team works from the same workspace.
How do we add teammates?
Admins invite teammates by email from the admin dashboard, and manage seats, roles, and access as the team changes.
Will we be charged automatically?
No. There's no card kept on file and no recurring subscription. Each week is a one-time top-up — when it runs out, billing simply stops until you decide to continue.
How is our data handled?
We collect only what's needed to run the product, we do not sell your data, and we don't run ad or tracking cookies. Card details are handled by our payment processors and never touch our servers. Our privacy policy has the details.
Do you support teams larger than 50 seats?
Self-serve Enterprise covers 2–50 seats. If your team is larger, talk to our team and we'll work out the right setup with you.
