Never. There's no card kept on file and no recurring subscription. Each week is a one-time top-up you choose to make — when it runs out, billing simply stops until you decide to continue. No auto-renew, no cancellation maze.

Yes. Each top-up adds one week, and top-ups stack onto your current end date — so topping up four times covers four weeks. The weekly rate is the same either way.

CancellationHow do I cancel?
There's nothing to cancel. Your plan simply doesn't renew: when your paid week ends, your seat pauses and your data stays. Top up another week from the billing page whenever you're ready.
RefundsDo you offer refunds?
Card payments may be refunded within 7 days, at our discretion, if the service was unusable due to our fault. Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain — but for any verified service issue we'll credit extra days at no cost.
CryptoHow does crypto payment work?
We use a non-custodial payment processor (NowPayments). You'll get a wallet address with the exact amount in your chosen coin — BTC, ETH, USDT on ERC-20 or TRC-20, or SOL. Once the network confirms it, your seat goes live, usually within 2–10 minutes.
Team seatsHow do Enterprise seats work?
Enterprise is $15 per seat per week, from 2 to 50 seats, and you choose the seat count at checkout. Each seat gets 300 resumes a day. Admins invite teammates and manage seats, and the team shares profiles, interviews and history from one dashboard.
UsageWhat counts as a resume?
Each resume you generate counts once toward your plan's daily limit — 80 a day on Individual, 300 on Pro, and 300 per seat on Enterprise. The counter resets at midnight UTC. Pro and Enterprise generate the matching cover letter in the same request.
PlansCan I switch between plans?
Yes — switch any week. When you upgrade, we prorate by the remaining days and apply the credit to the new plan.
